Free App: Lumo Coffee is 100% free to download and use. All manual recipe management features are available at no cost.
AI Credits: AI-powered recipe generation requires credits, which can be purchased in packs (Starter: 25 credits for $4.99, Pro: 100 credits for $14.99, Premium: 250 credits for $24.99). Credits do not expire.
No Subscriptions: We do not offer subscription plans. You only pay for credits when you need them.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time. Existing credits are not affected by price changes.
Eligibility: You must be 18+ to use Lumo.
Account Security: You're responsible for keeping your account secure.
Acceptable Use: Don't abuse the service, spam other users, or upload illegal content.
No Guarantees: AI-generated recipes are suggestions based on data and algorithms. Results may vary based on your equipment, beans, technique, and preferences.
Your Responsibility: Always use your judgment. Lumo is a tool to help you dial in espresso, not a replacement for your expertise.
Your Content: You own your recipes and tasting notes. By sharing them publicly, you grant Lumo a license to display them to other users.
Lumo's Content: The Lumo app, AI models, and branding are owned by Lumo Coffee.
Be respectful. Share helpful feedback. Don't harass others. We reserve the right to remove content or ban users who violate these guidelines.
Free App: Lumo Coffee is 100% free to use. No subscription fees or hidden costs.
AI Credits: AI credits are purchased as one-time purchases. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all credit purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days, contact us at support@lumo.coffee for a full refund.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Unused credits will be removed from your account upon refund.
No Partial Refunds: Credit purchases are non-refundable after 14 days or once credits have been used.
You can cancel your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Lumo is provided "as is". We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
